Description

Based in Atlanta and venture-funded, we’ve created a new consumer category for the future of work. With big plans to open work clubs across the country, we are becoming one of the iconic brands of our generation.

The Area Support (East) role is an essential part of what makes everything here at Switchyards Atlanta go 'round. Below, you'll find more info about Switchyards, the role, and next steps. Thank you for your interest and for taking the time to check us out. We look forward to hearing from you!

What You’ll Do

This salaried position supports our 12 Atlanta clubs and 12 other clubs throughout the East Area through the performance and coordination of facility and asset maintenance, project oversight through communication with vendor and property management, and ensuring quality control through regular inspections. This includes performing basic facility maintenance and minor repairs, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our locations throughout the East Area. This position will spend the majority of their time between our Cabbagetown studio warehouse and our 12 Atlanta clubs. Some travel outside of Atlanta may be required as this role grows. This role reports to our Atlanta Area Lead.

What You’ll Bring

  • An understanding and enjoyment of operations. You know when (and how) to roll up your sleeves and dive into the projects that keep things running smoothly.
  • An obsessive attention to detail. You notice when lights are out, when tables are wobbly, or when handles are loose…and you fix them.
  • A keen sense of organization and time management. You manage projects efficiently to coordinate routine tasks and the surprise challenges that inevitably pop up in an operational role.
  • Adaptability. You are a self-starter, flexible, and eager to grow. You feel confident adjusting your focus and workflow as we evolve and scale. You excel in “the gray.”
  • Basic knowledge of everyday tools and facility systems. You know how to navigate a hardware store and can tackle minor repair projects yourself, and you're not afraid to call in professional help when needed.
  • A desire to figure "it" out...whatever it is. You're excited about learning how to do something if you don't have all the tools in the tool bag just yet.

  • Ownership of the Repair, Maintenance, and Improvement program for East Area
