Senior Marketing Manager, Growth and Analytics

In our next phase, growth = oxygen. This exciting chapter will blend the best of scalable hyper-local growth with our authentic Switchyards brand. We’re on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Manager to help execute on our aggressive growth goals for 2024 and beyond.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a highly driven, analytical Senior Growth Marketing Manager. This individual has the unique opportunity to help shape and own key parts of the Switchyards growth strategy, including:

  • Building brand awareness

  • Experimenting across new channels

  • Finding efficiencies

  • Unlocking new strategies

  • Analyzing performance, and

  • Communicating results to the broader team

You will work closely with partners on the marketing and operations teams to drive new member growth, balancing both strategic ideation with tactical execution. You will spearhead a cross-channel strategy that drives results through digital and offline channels such as Meta, direct mail, SEM, display, SEO, and more.

Our ideal candidate has experience in an analytical/digital marketing role and brings a proven track record of achieving growth goals. This position requires a true ownership mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and exemplary attention to detail.

In addition to activating new growth strategies, this person will own the data and analytics that result. You’ll help us unlock learnings to optimize the growth playbook and reduce churn, both for existing clubs and new expansions.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

  • Implement and optimize hyper-local paid growth campaigns, balancing support for existing clubs with new market drops.

  • Drive a cross-channel growth roadmap to drive Switchyards brand awareness, new member acquisition, lifetime value (LTV), and efficient acquisition costs (CPL, CAC) across markets.

  • Fine tune our new market launch playbook, finding efficiencies and implementing new tactics.

  • Explore, implement, and manage new growth channels and tools to improve member acquisition.

  • Organize and present growth, product usage, and retention analytics to inform product and marketing decisions, including creating and maintaining daily and monthly dashboards.

  • Help the team better visualize and understand the data that runs our business.

  • Level up our data visualization tools. Bring a strong POV to answer the question “What does the future of marketing analytics at Switchyards look like?”

  • Ownership of digital marketing tracking.

  • Tie marketing campaigns to conversion metrics to measure campaign success.

  • Contribute to day-to-day tracking and optimization of key growth channels.

  • Maintain monthly churn tracking to continually optimize for improved member retention.
