ABOUT THE ROLE:
Tide is hiring for a proven Engineering Manager to lead the team.
As the successful candidate you will:

Empower: Reduce the time that product engineers need to deploy and run services on the platform.
Control cost: Help product engineering teams make cost-efficient choices for services that run on our platform.
Collaborate: Share team context and build cross-team relationships.
Balance priorities: Weigh technical decisions against team and company goals.
Measure: Track team productivity with metrics such as DORA and SPACE, and drive measurable improvement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing stakeholders across teams and functions
You will stand out if you have:
Platform engineering experience that abstracts Kubernetes complexity into a stable internal product
Experience creating and maintaining Kubernetes operators
OUR TECH STACK:
Cloud: 100% containerised on AWS EKS
